How do I find out what size my dog is?
Measure your dog from the nape of the neck (where the collar sits) to the base of the tail (where the coat/jacket will end). This length will be their size. For eg, if they measure 30cm long, they will be a Small/30cm. See "Size Chart" for more sizing.
My dog is an odd shape, can I have a coat custom-made?
Of course, and usually at no extra cost! Just email or call to discuss.
What are the postage costs?
All orders are sent registered and insured. $12 Registered standard mail, or $15 Express post. If you have selected Standard Post and your order is running late, or we believe your order may take longer the nesseccary in the mail to get to you, it will be sent express at no extra cost.
How long will my goods take to arrive?
Your order will be made up and posted out approx 3-5 working after payment is received. Postage time varies from 1 day (within QLD or by Express post) to 2-10 days to WA (2 days sent express) 3-5 days all other states. International orders take 7-10 working days in the mail. During busy periods (Xmas, Halloween, early winter & Sales), orders may take 5-7 working days to be dispatched. This is because most orders are made up when ordered. If your product is in stock, it will be posted the next day. (We will let you know a time frame of when to expect your order after your payment arrives).
What if I need some goods urgently?
Just let us know the date you need them by and we will do our best to get them out in time. In most cases, urgent goods can be sent out the day after payment. Please note, this may incur an additional 15% cost increase to your order.
I have an idea for a coat which isn't shown, can it be made?
Yes, almost anything can be made to your specifications. Just call 0422889937 or email your idea/photos to firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I pick up my order? Can I come an look at the products and have my dog personally fitted?
Yes, Yes and Yes! Fluppies is based in Brighton, QLD (home based near Sandgate) You can pick up your order, bring pooch around to try things on or get measured up. You will need to arrange a day and time to come around, so call or email to organise this. Fluppies holds stalls at Pet Shows during the year, so check the site as there may be one near you.
What if the coat doesn't fit?
Happily exchange for another size. To ensure perfect fit, please email your dog's neck, tummy and back measurement to email@example.com
Can I get a refund?
We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind, but will gladly exchange or give credit on wrong sized items. A refund can be given if the goods are faulty. Refunds will be accepted within 2 weeks (14 days) of receving the goods.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, to retailers within the Pet Industry only. Orders over $400 receive a 40% wholesale discount. Please supply your ABN number when doing so.
What are the payment methods?
Secure online credit card payment, Paypal, Cheque, Money Order, Direct Deposit, or Cash on pick up. All details of payment are shown when you place your order.
