Scottish Hat Set-XXS

A cute outfit for that girl or boy with Scottish blood, or complete the outfit with the matching Scottish dress for fancy dress. The Beret and scarf are made from Red Stewart tartan, but can be made with other colour/prints if needed. The Beret is held on by a red satin ribbon to tie under the chin, and the scarf is secured on with as tab of velcro. Matching Dress in the "Dresses" section.
